Dr. Timothy Metz received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Missouri. He practiced in Missouri and Illinois before coming back home to Sioux Falls.

Dr. Metz specializes in Pain Management techniques and also performs Kyphoplasty and spinal cord stimulation surgical procedures. He practices his pain management at the Pain Clinic at Sioux Falls Surgical Hospital and also serves as the Medical Director of Sioux Falls Surgical Hospital.

Dr. Metz was raised in Sioux Falls and graduated from Lincoln High School. He is married with three children.
